No cancellation or return or refund will be entertained once the payment is completed, Kindly choose the design carefully before placing the order because all the designs can be downloaded immediately once the payment is done.
If incase any issues from company side you will be eligible for refund. If any refund is approved it will processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.

Shipping Policy
All the items will be delivered digitally immediately once the payment is done i.e, You can download and use the design for your stitching.
